Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive the order and confirm payment.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to check the status of your package.
2. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within the United States only, covering all 50 states.
If you have international delivery needs, please contact our customer service team in advance for more information.
3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the order, the delivery address and the selected delivery method, you can check t…ipped, we will send an email containing a tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.
If there is any problem with the delivery, or the package is not delivered on time, please contact our customer service team in time and we will help to deal with it.
8. Damage or Loss

If your item is damaged during shipping or the package is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will offer a return or refund depending on the situation.
